PROJECT GOAL
Build a compliant, trusted, and scalable US presence that demonstrates demand among Spanish-speaking communities and establishes consistent unit economics.
Tasks and activities carried out under the project
Audience-segmentation study
A quantitative survey and analysis to identify priority target segments in the US market.
Market-sizing and unit-economics research
TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, competitive-landscape mapping and CAC/LTV modelling.
Dedicated local team
A US Supply/Operations Manager, a US Marketing Manager, and a Project Manager for legal and compliance — to manage operational, marketing and legal risk during the launch.
Full localisation of the product and content
User interface, onboarding, email communications, landing pages, advertising creative and help content, in both US English and Spanish.
Legal and compliance work for the US launch
Therapist cooperation agreements, CRM and payment-gateway/payout setup, employment and hiring documentation, a Data Processing Agreement and an updated Privacy Policy.
Initial US launch campaign
Creative production, funnel building and lead generation.
Promotional and media-buying services
Purchase of promotional and media-buying services (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads).
Target groups:
People seeking mental health support
The project primarily targets people in North America seeking accessible, affordable mental health support that combines human therapy sessions with AI-driven tools, with a strong focus on Spanish-speaking and Hispanic/Latino communities (an addressable audience of roughly 47.6 million US adults).
Therapists
A second target group is the therapists who join the Clearly marketplace.
Business clients (employers)
A third target group is business clients (employers) seeking wellness programmes, subsidised therapy sessions and workforce mental-health analytics.
