Since childhood, I dreamed of being a psychologist and helping women in crisis and stressful situations. After finishing school, I entered the university, where I became interested in the topic of personal growth and self-discovery. I studied at the Truskavet Psychotherapy Project and underwent personal (individual and group) therapy in the direction of Gestalt. Today I graduated from the Paris Gestalt School and the Gestalt Institute of the North (Lille). My practice in France is largely focused on working with expatriates. I supplement my work with the concepts of attachment theory. At the moment, I am working on a book that deals with the peculiarities of psychological practice and accompanying emigrants, as well as on a program for getting out of toxic, abusive relationships.
