People often come to me with topics of relationships, depression, suicidal experiences, anxiety, loss of vital energy, confusion. I work with these states carefully and delicately, relying on the Gestalt approach, which I love for its creativity, freedom of creative adaptation and ability to develop tolerance for uncertainty. In my work I often use amplification, polarities, metaphors - they help to see deeper layers of experience that are not always accessible through rational explanation. I am close to the existential paradigm, and I like to work with intelligent, reflective people who are not looking for “quick advice” but for a true understanding of themselves. I often rely on philosophical and theological concepts - they provide a broader horizon for understanding human experience. My uniqueness lies in my memory for processes and dynamics. I am attentive to details: I can go back to what a client said a year ago and weave it into the current contact so that it becomes a support, a discovery or a point of growth. I keep the process holistic, see its development over time and help a person see their own history more comprehensively.
