What if there's nothing wrong with you, but rather something in your story that still needs to be understood? My understanding of psychology is deeply connected to my own experience across cultures, languages, and different worldviews. Having lived in various countries has taught me that our identity isn't built in isolation: it's influenced by our relationships, our environment, our experiences, and the changes we go through. Sometimes, finding ourselves in a new place also means rediscovering who we are. I'm a licensed clinical psychologist and I work from a humanistic and systemic perspective. I'm interested in understanding the person beyond their difficulties, approaching their story with curiosity, respect, and without judgment. I believe that therapy isn't about telling you who you should be, but about helping you understand yourself better, recognize your needs, and find new ways of relating to yourself and others. In our sessions, I want you to find a safe space where you can express yourself freely, even when you don't yet have the words to explain what you feel. A space where you don't have to have everything figured out or solve everything immediately. I work in Spanish, English, and Italian, and I have a particular sensitivity to adaptation processes, life changes, relationships, and the challenges that can arise when living across cultures. You don't need to have all the answers to begin. Sometimes, the first step is simply finding a place where you can start asking yourself the right questions.
