Hello. I'm glad you're here. I'm Paulina Haros, a psychologist and systemic therapist. My love and passion for psychology began during high school when I was introduced to the subject. I became fascinated by everything related to research on human behavior, emotions, neuroscience, and mental disorders. From then on, I began reading extensively on these topics and decided that I wanted to pursue this career, a path I've been on since 2008. Along the way, I've participated in numerous training programs that have allowed me to learn about different ecological and systemic models that guide clinical practice, which is based on scientific evidence. I'm passionate about the systemic approach and all the therapeutic topics and models derived from it, along with family, couples, and individual issues. I have ten years of clinical practice experience, and I've had the opportunity to work with various therapists with different approaches, always learning and refining my knowledge.
