Greetings! My name is Ostap. I am a psychologist and Gestalt therapist in training (3rd year of study, Kyiv Gestalt University).
I have been conducting therapeutic practice for more than a year. In my work, I use the techniques of Gestalt therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy and knowledge of neuropsychology.
I am usually asked about depression, anxiety, stress, panic attacks, relationship difficulties, loneliness, personal boundaries, burnout, making difficult decisions, finding yourself, lack of motivation, separation from parents. At the moment, I do not work with addictions, personality disorders and psychopathology.
About myself I am married, I have a 7-year-old son. Before studying psychology, he worked as a strategist in marketing and advertising for 10 years. I moved from Kyiv to a small mountain village in Transcarpathia, where I now live with my family. I write poems, philosophize, take photographs, play musical instruments. I study body work and meditation.
