Psychology began to interest me at a very early age, at the age of 10-11. I myself faced shyness and difficulties in establishing new contacts, was afraid to do what I really wanted. I looked at my peers who easily made new acquaintances, boldly expressed their opinions and wondered why so, why they can do it, and I can't? These thoughts led me to study psychology, which I still do today. I have come a long way: studying at the university, studying various methods of psychotherapy, finding myself, my own therapy, years of traveling and living in exile. Currently, I have an active, successful psychological practice and a harmonious life, as much as is currently possible. I have dedicated my life to helping others on their path to self-knowledge and well-being. I am proud of my personal path in therapy and personal changes: from social anxiety and self-doubt to the ability to establish contacts with people, develop relationships, work with groups of people with pleasure, and the most important achievement - I have become my own best friend. In my free time from work, I like to dance salsa, do physical activity, spend time in nature, read books, cook various dishes.
