Values
Psychology became interesting to me at a very early age, around 10-11 years old. I myself faced shyness and difficulties in establishing new contacts, I was afraid to do what I really wanted. I looked at my peers who easily made new acquaintances, boldly expressed their opinions and wondered why, why they could do it, and I couldn’t? These thoughts led me to study psychology, which is what I do today.
I have been working with adults and adolescents since the age of 12. Most often, working with adolescents requires the involvement of parents, so our work may include periodic parent meetings.
I hold meetings in a cozy office in the city of Kyiv near the Golden Gate or online.
Most often, people contact me with such topics as anxiety and depression, difficulties in adapting to new conditions, socialization, loneliness, relationships with oneself and others.
I have a higher psychological education at the master's level, additional education in the methods of "Art Therapy", "Body-Oriented Therapy" and "Positive Psychotherapy". I am currently training to become a psychotherapist in the method of positive psychotherapy, I have regular supervision and individual therapy.
