My path to psychotherapy began with a desire to understand myself, to comfort my own pain. Then - a lot of mourning, step by step acceptance of myself, the delay of myself, my desires and values, as well as my shadow.
Now I manage to do many things that I could not do before - happy relationships, resilience, self-love. But I have always been curious about the inner world of a person and human relationships, and at the same time analytical mind, so I continued to delve into psychotherapy and began to engage in it professionally.
My goal as a psychotherapist is not just to help clients solve their problems, but also to help them find their own inner compass and live a more authentic, harmonious life
