Values
I am Natalia, a psychologist, an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) therapist. And now I am in a long training in Logotherapy.
I have had the experience of forced relocations, searching for myself, living with ADHD and anxiety, living this life and changing its direction. I learned to go where it is scary and grow in reality.
I have my own practice and had practice in Poland, Greece (in special institutions for children with ASD and other neuro/cognitive differences) and Romania at school. Today I have extensive experience in long-term and short-term support, accompaniment, therapy with varying levels of complexity and at the same time the confidence that hope remains in the most difficult cases and that as long as a person is alive, nothing is lost.
I live by my values, always strive to do what I believe in, and love to try new things. I have participated in many international projects, started learning English as an adult and brought it to a high level, I explore different companies of people, I adore pop culture, I am open to new experiences because of fear and doubt!
