About me
Approach
Values
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a master's degree in Planetary Health and a postgraduate degree in Humanitarian Action. I work with adolescents and adults using an integrative, empathetic, and evidence-based approach, tailoring each process to the individual.
My background includes psychotherapy, community work, NGOs, and human resources—experiences that have taught me that mental health is always connected to our history, our relationships, and the environment in which we live. Therefore, beyond simply alleviating symptoms, I am interested in understanding what lies behind them and building, together with each person, a space where they can get to know themselves better and develop their own resources.
I believe that therapy is not about finding quick answers, but about asking the right questions. Understanding what has brought us to this point, how we relate to ourselves and others, and what resources we have to cope with difficulties is all part of the process. My role is to support you with respect, curiosity, and scientific evidence, adapting each intervention to your needs and goals.
In addition to my clinical practice, I lead workshops, talks, and reflection sessions on mental health, and I collaborate on research projects with Imperial College London, the University of Oxford, and the Black Dog Institute on the relationship between mental health and the environment. I believe that research and ongoing training are essential for providing a rigorous, up-to-date practice that is relevant to the challenges of today's society.
I believe in an accessible, humane, and committed psychology, where each person can feel heard, understood, and supported based on their own unique story.

My education
Higher and professional education
My academic background combines training in health psychology with an interdisciplinary perspective focused on mental health, humanitarian action, and the relationship between health and the environment.
I graduated in Psychology from Blanquerna, Ramon Llull University (2016-2020), where I acquired a solid foundation in the main areas of psychology and completed curricular internships in the field of dyslexia and learning disorders. Subsequently, I completed the Postgraduate Program in Humanitarian Action offered by the Open University of Catalonia (UOC) and the Red Cross (2020-2021), a program that allowed me to delve deeper into intervention in contexts of vulnerability and emergency.
Between 2022 and 2024, I completed the Master's Program in Planetary Health, jointly offered by the UOC, Pompeu Fabra University, and ISGlobal. This training broadened my perspective on the interrelationship between human health, the environment, and social determinants, and led me to delve particularly deeply into the relationship between mental health and the environment.
In 2024-2025, I completed a Master's degree in General Health Psychology at the Universitat Internacional Valenciana (VIU), consolidating my clinical training and acquiring the necessary skills for the professional practice of health psychology.
My academic journey reflects my interest in understanding mental health from a broad perspective, taking into account both individual processes and the social and environmental contexts in which they develop.

Professional courses
Throughout my career, I have complemented my university studies with courses and training experiences aimed at expanding my knowledge of psychological intervention, mental health, and support in different contexts.
In 2020, I completed the Intensive Authentic Movement Workshop, organized by the Official College of Psychologists of Catalonia (COPC), a training program that allowed me to explore the relationship between movement, body awareness, and emotional experience. In 2024, I completed the Global Mental Health course from NextGenU.org, which focuses on the challenges of mental health from a global perspective and the importance of developing accessible interventions adapted to different contexts.
I have also received training in Psychological First Aid, acquiring tools to offer initial support to people experiencing crises, potentially traumatic events, or moments of heightened emotional vulnerability. This training has allowed me to deepen my understanding of strategies for listening, providing containment, assessing needs, and guiding individuals toward appropriate resources.
I believe that continuing education is an essential part of professional practice. Therefore, I maintain a constant interest in updating my knowledge and expanding my skillset, combining different psychological perspectives with a critical eye grounded in scientific evidence.
Other experience
In addition to my training and clinical experience, my professional and personal journey has unfolded in diverse contexts that have significantly contributed to my understanding of mental health and psychological support.
I am currently developing a project focused on improving access to mental health services at different levels, through research, outreach, and collaboration with various institutions and professionals. I also participate as a researcher in projects with Imperial College London and the University of Oxford, focused on exploring the relationship between mental health and the environment.
Between 2023 and 2024, I had an international experience in Australia and Southeast Asia. Previously, I collaborated with BarcelonActua on the creation of a project aimed at strengthening the resilience of women in vulnerable situations. In 2019, I traveled to Uganda with Petits Detalls Àfrica to learn firsthand about the workings of an NGO and its work on the ground.
My international experience also began with an Erasmus exchange in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, between 2018 and 2019. Furthermore, my professional background includes experience in research, human resources, and the non-profit sector, areas that have allowed me to develop skills in communication, teamwork, adaptation, and understanding of different realities.
I believe that all these experiences have broadened my professional and personal perspective, helping me to understand the importance of context, the diversity of experiences, and the need to adapt any intervention to the specific circumstances of each individual.
