Welcome. I am a therapist with whom you can once again feel the taste of life, contact with your body, the pleasure of food, sexual relationships, relationships with yourself and others, and relationships with the world. I began my journey in psychotherapy in 2015 with a deep personal therapeutic process, which became the foundation for professional training. I have a thorough education in Gestalt therapy and additional training in psychoanalytic concepts, existential therapy, art therapy, and trauma therapy. I work with the topics of anxiety, depressive states, emotional burnout, personal and professional crises, loss of meaning, experiencing trauma and building sustainable self-worth, issues of eating behavior, and inquiries on sexual topics. I maintain the high quality of my work through regular personal therapy, constant supervision, and continuous learning. I create a safe, attentive and structured space where you can explore your inner experience, reconnect with yourself and gradually move towards deeper and sustainable changes. From a personal perspective: married for 17 years, raising a son who is 9 years old, I love spending time with him in a creative atmosphere. In relationships with friends, I value sincerity, depth of contact and mutual support. In my free time, I dance, play the phonograph, draw and love to bake something delicious at home. I have more than one migration experience, so I know from the inside how to build a life anew. In love with life!
