About me
Approach
Values
I came to psychology because of personal pain. At first, I was trying to get my life in order and get myself together. And then I became interested in how it works, and I started studying psychology professionally.
My path to psychotherapy is empirical – I know for sure from personal experience that psychotherapy helps. I am intelligent and sensitive, caring, emotional, kind, sincere, very stubborn and have a sense of humor.
I work, relax, play sports, read, travel, study, communicate – I live, and life itself, diverse, in all its manifestations, inspires me for my work. Being a good psychotherapist means constantly learning. I devote a lot of my time to training in the professional field, in particular, training in working with children and the military. Among my professional goals is to master a new direction in psychotherapy, in particular, DBT.
I also have personal goals. I want to start a family and dream of my own house with a small garden and a dog. I also dream of going to a paleontological excavation site – I have already been to an archaeological site.
