I am a psychotherapist in the Positive Psychotherapy method, a psychologist-sexologist and a counseling psychologist. In my work, I combine knowledge, structure and professional systematicity with acceptance, empathy and a safe therapeutic space. For me, psychotherapy is a balance between a deep understanding of a person, their emotions and experiences and the use of scientifically based methods of help. I work with adolescents from 14 years old and adults, helping them cope with anxiety and depression, emotional exhaustion, eating disorders, issues of self-esteem, identity, sexuality and difficulties in relationships. I also work with clients who have psychiatric diagnoses, in collaboration with psychiatrists. I am an LGBTQ+ friendly psychotherapist and community insider, so I understand the specifics of requests related to sexual orientation, gender identity, coming out, discrimination, relationships, and finding one's own identity. I also work with LGBTQ+ couples. I regularly undergo supervision and personal therapy, which is an integral part of my professional practice. It is important for me that each consultation is not only effective, but also atmospheric, comfortable, and safe, because it is in such conditions that a person can allow himself to be real and move towards change.
