Hello. I am Alla. I am a psychotherapist, sexologist, candidate of medical sciences. I have been working with people for over 15 years. I have conducted over 70 thousand consultations, am the author of over 70 scientific papers, and have been engaged in scientific and teaching activities at the Ukrainian Military Medical Academy and Volyn National University. I am also the founder of a public and charitable organization, because helping people is not only a profession for me, but also part of my life mission. But beyond knowledge, diplomas, and methods, the most important thing for me is always the person. Their story. Feelings. Experiences. And what is sometimes difficult to tell even to those closest to them. I create a warm and safe space where you will be listened to carefully, not judged or devalued. In psychotherapy, I combine medical knowledge with Gestalt therapy, CBT, positive psychotherapy, biosuggestive therapy, mindfulness and body-oriented practices, which I select for each person individually. I work with self-worth, boundaries, relationships, sexuality, anxiety, fears, exhaustion and life crises. I also consult leaders and managers. My goal is to help you hear yourself, understand your needs, see your own resources, feel inner support and find your own path. I believe that everyone is the creator of their own life.
